Back at Betfred today, and with what will hopefully be a rather exciting video! I am delighted to have made it to 5,000 subscribers and decided to mark the occasion with a slightly-higher-than-normal-stakes special. I have been running really rather well at Betfred lately, with the last two videos producing a quite outrageous pair of wins.
The net result of all that was a starting balance today of £2238, and this is after withdrawing £1,000 from here just a couple of videos back. This time, rather than withdraw I have decided to take the plunge with the higher stakes, with the intention being to see how many games I could land for £1,000, ideally including a couple at £2 stake.
The difference may not sound that much, but I can assure you that it is. Going from 60p to £1 stake might not sound much different, but obviously in reality it isn’t far from doubling. The mindset has be different, because landing games for under £100 becomes the exception rather than the norm. As for the £2 games, that really does feel significantly higher. The money can go very fast at this level, so I was delighted to land Primal from just £11 in the end, largely thanks to a few decent wins before it came in.
The other £2 attempt was on Beetlejuice, but sadly that ended in failure, despite it churning very well and allowing me to play it for quite some time. Eventually, though, I had to draw a line under it, knowing that it is a tough game to land at times.
The net result of all this was 14 bonuses for the £1,000 spend, and I’d certainly have been happy with that ahead of starting play. There are plenty here that I know are well capable of paying, lets just hope that one or two (or three!) of them are in the mood…
