Switching to Hot Streak for today’s attempt. I have been very up and down lately, and despite a large balance at Betfred, my attempts elsewhere have not been going particularly well. At Hot Streak though I do still have a decent balance, although it is seriously under threat today.
I’m not sure what’s going on at the moment, but I really do seem to be finding a huge number of games difficult to bonus. Perhaps I had an extended spell of luck last year, perhaps this year has started off with the opposite. Perhaps it’s all in my head!
The bottom line is that putting together an 8-10 game bonus hunt has seemingly become hard work. I have had a few attempts lately where I am seriously struggling to land them, finding myself abandoning as many (or more) as I land. This is fine when it’s a 30-50x loss, but becomes expensive when trying 100x or more. I find it doubly frustrating that the powers that be have decreed that I cannot bonus buy either, so instead I end up losing more chasing a land. Is that the best approach? I’m not so sure, it would actually be nice to have the choice.
Anyway, onto the video, and I did finally manage to get 9 together. It came at a serious cost though, and I don’t think I shall be getting anything like my £840 back. Fingers crossed, February is expensive enough already…
